You will play a key role in driving automation initiatives across the business leveraging tools such as Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Pages and SharePoint to build practical solutions that deliver measurable results. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with business thinking and wants to be at the forefront of AI adoption and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business units to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Design build and maintain AI agents automation workflows and digital solutions using Microsoft technologies
• Develop solutions using Copilot Studio Power Automate Power Pages SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 tools
• Assess and communicate the business impact of implemented solutions including time savings productivity improvements and cost reduction
• Map business processes and design scalable workflow improvements
• Maintain and optimise existing automation projects and solutions
• Advise on Microsoft 365 licensing permissions and technology requirements
• Prepare project updates business cases and executive-level reports on automation initiatives and benefits

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Information Systems Computer Science Software Engineering AI or a related field
• Experience:
• 45 years experience in technology systems automation Microsoft 365 or solutions-focused roles
• Proven experience translating business requirements into practical technology solutions
• Experience supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives advantageous
• Technical Skills:
• Microsoft 365 administration and licensing knowledge
• Copilot Studio and AI agent development
• Power Automate workflow development
• Power Pages configuration and support
• SharePoint administration and solution development
• Visual Studio and basic integrations/API knowledge
• SQL database experience and data troubleshooting skills
• Advantageous:
• Azure experience
• Power BI and Microsoft Fabric exposure
• Python or related development technologies
• Experience with Power Platform solutions and governance
• Additional Requirements:
• Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commercially minded with the ability to quantify business benefits
• Strong organisational skills and execution focus
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
