Requirements
  • Ability to manage and steer a team to deliver on time with the required quality and to create high performing DevOps Team(s) using agile methodology.
  • Deep understanding and experience in the introduction of agile methodology and (scaled) agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe Nexus LeSS) and processes.
  • Proficient in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA Confluence) and metrics like burndown charts and velocity graphs.
  • Superior emotional intelligence leadership skills knowledge of facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency.
  • Ability to understand technical topics enough to be able to influence developers and steer technical discussions with developers.
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter.
  • Experience in change management including the ability to lead effectively and manage organizational changes identify and address resistance to change and implement strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes tools and ways of working.
