Our client is looking for the following candidate to join the core Product Management team within the Group IT Hub South Africa driving the M Series Volume & Capacity Management and QMT Frontdesk portfolio.

This critical product area oversees volume and capacity management supply and value planning processes plant control desk functions and complex 0 Km component complaint and claim management across global production facilities. The target vision is to proactively elevate these sub-products using collaborative transparency harmonized workflows and structured process delivery.

You are a mostly autonomous professional who handles ambiguity with ease viewing unclear requests as an opportunity to deep-dive build team consensus and steer requests toward production-ready clarity. You rely on empathy flexibility and tactical compromise to resolve team conflicts ensuring that distributed squads move toward unified operational objectives.

• Agile Framework Expertise: Deep practical understanding of fundamental Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe Kanban) combined with extensive experience in facilitation coaching and stakeholder management.

• Requirements Engineering: Strong Business Analysis capabilities with a proven knack for eliciting analyzing and translating ambiguous business requirements into precise user stories acceptance criteria and backlog items.

• Collaborative Delivery Alignment: An advanced mostly autonomous professional who utilizes flexibility and compromise to adapt unrefined requests into corporate delivery standards actively validating that engineered solutions accurately address core operational problems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Agile Master.

• Demonstrated background operating as a Business Analyst.

• Expertise in a specific field or discipline where practical implementation has been successfully merged with technical theory.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

Agile & Delivery Frameworks:

• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum SAFe Kanban).

• Practical knowledge of the specialized Agile Working Model (AWM) and governance structures.

• Solid understanding of DevOps and modern product-centric delivery models.

Business Analysis & Professional Tooling:

• Strong Business Analysis and requirements engineering capability.

• Daily proficiency managing workflows via the core Agile Tool Chain (JIRA Confluence).

• Strong communication facilitation coaching and proactive conflict resolution skills.

Advantageous Skills:

• Direct experience operating within scaled Agile frameworks (such as SAFe Nexus or LeSS).

• Functional exposure to enterprise IT architectures or SAP landscapes.

• Proven change management experience within complex organizational transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements & Backlog Engineering: Elicit analyze and document complex business requirements successfully translating them into transparent user stories and backlog items aligned to the overarching product vision.

• Facilitation & Grooming: Lead workshops requirement refinement sessions and routine backlog grooming to support the Product Owner in prioritization and continuous backlog management.

• Team & Stakeholder Interface: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and global DevOps teams to guarantee structural clarity product feasibility and end-to-end delivery ownership.

• Risk & Alignment Management: Proactively identify project risks architectural gaps and delivery dependencies while securing alignment between business goals engineering frameworks and implementation.

• Knowledge & Documentation Sharing: Contribute actively to organizational Communities of Practice (CoPs) maintain up-to-date documentation on Confluence and guide lower-level employees to seek structural clarity.

• Governance Adherence: Ensure all team processes sprint cycles and software increments comply fully with internal governance information protection and operational delivery standards.
