- Mandatory: AEM Certification
- Strong Java / J2EE development skills
- Apache Sling OSGi JCR/CRX
- HTL (Sightly) & AEM Core Components
- HTML5 CSS3 & JavaScript
- Maven Git Jenkins / AEM Cloud Manager
- REST / SOAP API integrations
- Dispatcher configuration & caching strategies
- AEM Workflows Content Fragments & Experience Fragments
- JUnit code reviews & development best practices
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Build and maintain AEM components templates dialogs and services
- Design and deliver scalable AEM digital solutions
- Integrate AEM with external applications and APIs
- Develop and support AEM Forms & workflows
- Optimise performance caching and overall platform stability
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards
- Work closely with Architects BAs QA and business stakeholders
- Support production deployments and resolve technical issues
