What youll do

• Administrative Coordination: Provide comprehensive administrative support Production Planning teams by maintaining accurate records processing transactions and coordinating documentation to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Communication Management: Coordinate departmental correspondence and communication prepare minutes of meetings and distribute action lists to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain departmental filing systems attendance leave overtime and training records ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting to support decision-making.
• Supply and Resource Management: Manage office supplies and stationery requirements to support daily operational needs efficiently.
• Operational Support: Monitor reports and facilitate effective communication across the supply chain and production functions to support operational excellence.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What youll bring

Must-haves:

• Matric (Grade 12) required; Business Administration 0r equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within engineering manufacturing or mining.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong skills in data capturing reporting document management and record keeping.

Nice-to-have(s):

• Familiarity with supply chain or production planning processes.
