- Perform general administrative and office support duties.
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the office.
- Manage filing scanning and document organisation.
- Capture and maintain client information.
- Assist with data capturing on Pastel.
- Prepare and process invoices and quotations.
- Assist with debtor and creditor administration.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery.
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries where required.
- Assist accountants with administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and document management.
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as requested.
