Job Summary

Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant:

Our client in the property market is looking for a motivated organised and detail-oriented Administrative & Bookkeeping Assistant to join their growing team.

Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Manage adn monitor supplier procurement processes
  • Follow up on outstanding orders and goods with suppliers
  • Assist with supplier reconciliations and maintaining accurate procurement records
  • Capture and process accounting transactions on SAGE accounting
  • Assist with genera bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Perform filing document management and other day-day-day administrative duties
  • Provide administrative support to the management team as required.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative and / or bookkeeping role
  • Working knowledge of SAGE accounting (or similar accounting software)
  • Strong computer skills especially MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Advantageous
  • Experience with supplier procurement and inventory control
  • Bookkeeping or accounting qualification or relevant experience
