Salary Range: USD $1900$2500/month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Company:

The company is a group of successful multi-unit franchise owners operating 17 franchise locations across the United States. They are looking to hire their first offshore Administrative Assistant to support two Georgia-based franchises with the potential to expand similar roles across additional locations as the business grows.

This position will work closely with the local Program Director and become an integral part of the day-to-day operations team.

About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of two franchise locations. This is a predominantly back-office role (approximately 90%) focused on administration customer communication scheduling and operational support with occasional inbound and outbound phone responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized tech-savvy and enjoys providing excellent customer service while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shared inboxes and respond to customer enquiries.
• Answer inbound calls and make occasional outbound calls.
• Build and manage schedules rosters and operational calendars.
• Assist with customer communications via phone email and text.
• Maintain records and update internal systems.
• Support coach recruitment and perform light outbound outreach.
• Assist with administrative projects and day-to-day operational tasks.

Required Qualification & Skills:

• Previous Administrative Assistant Customer Support or Operations experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable handling both administrative work and phone-based communication.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence learning new software.

Preferred Qualification & Skills:

• Customer service or call handling experience.
• Scheduling calendar management or operations support.
• Experience in education sports franchise or service-based businesses is advantageous.
