Account Coordinator
The Account Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless service delivery for commercial clients within a fast-paced premier national locksmith door and electronic security provider that serves multi-site facilities across the U.S. and Canada. This position is primarily focused on managing open work orders proactively following up with vendors coordinating parts and logistics and keeping service jobs moving efficiently through their full lifecycle from initial request to successful completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and maintaining strong cross-functional communication to support high-quality reliable facility maintenance and security solutions.

- Work Order Management: Manage assigned client accounts and track open work orders meticulously through the full service lifecycle (from open to completed).
- Vendor Operations: Follow up regularly with technicians and vendors regarding job status ETA scheduling parts deliveries and completion reports.
- Client Coordination: Schedule service appointments with on-site customer contacts and provide proactive updates regarding job progress.
- Administrative & Financial Support: Enter vendor invoices and assist the accounting team with light accounts receivable tasks.
- Data Integrity: Accurately update and maintain customer records notes and status updates in Salesforce and related internal company databases.
- Cross-functional Communication: Communicate clearly professionally and effectively with customers field technicians vendors and internal teams.
- 35 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- CRM Experience: Salesforce experience is highly preferred but not required (training will be provided for the right candidate).
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong overall computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems.
- Problem-Solving & Empathy: Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to show empathy to clients under stress.
- Critical Thinking & Creativity: Ability to exercise critical thinking and use creativity to solve logistical hurdles.
