ACCA/SAIPA Trainee Accountant (3-Year Training Contract)
Career Path: Chartered Certified Accountant / Professional Accountant
Purpose:
Gain practical experience in accounting auditing taxation and compliance while completing an ACCA/SAIPA training contract under professional supervision.
Key Duties:
- Prepare financial statements management accounts and reconciliations.
- Maintain client accounting records and assist with bookkeeping.
- Support external audit engagements testing and audit file preparation.
- Assist with tax returns VAT PAYE and SARS submissions.
- Liaise with clients resolve queries and maintain confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with accounting tax and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Completed or studying towards a BCom Accounting degree.
- Strong academic results in accounting-related subjects.
- No experience required; internships or vacation work advantageous.
- Must be bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
