Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the overall management of security operations within a high volume Distribution Centre environment
- Lead and manage security personnel to ensure operational excellence and compliance
- Implement effective crime prevention and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage security incidents investigations and escalations
- Conduct risk assessments security inspections and corrective action planning
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements and site procedures
- Manage guarding operations access control patrols and search procedures
- Maintain accurate incident reporting and operational records
- Support and oversee control room operations including CCTV monitoring and alarm management
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Act decisively and professionally during emergencies and critical incidents
