- Align internal and external IT/business stakeholders.
- Create transparency regarding resources requirements competencies and implementation status to Products and Domains.
- Define request track and if necessary escalate the required resources (incl. skills capacity).
- Implement the product vision and roadmap.
- Steer internal/external consultants and serve as a quality assurance of their deliverables.
- Adhere to the Agile Working Methodology
- Daily use of the Agile Tool Chain and content-wise steering of all team meetings including Stand-ups Sprint
- Review Sprint Retrospectives Sprint Planning meetings etc.
- Determine acceptance criteria/definition of done and evaluate the developed product scope decision regarding release or rework in the product backlog.
- Identify improvements to the Product Owner regarding the Product Owner hierarchy including the Feature
- Teams as well as all relevant internal functions at BMW and external partners if necessary.
- Create transparency regarding resources requirements competencies and implementation status to Product and Domains.
- Soft Skills
- Ability to interpret Business requirements and move concepts through to proposal and successful
- implementation.
- Take consultative approach to challenge customers requested solution design should a better alternative exist.
