System Procurement Manager

• Manage the procurement process from RFQ to delivery acting as the primary commercial representative for all stakeholders.
• Lead RFQ process: analyze supplier offers negotiate terms and present optimal contracting options with a total cost of ownership approach.
• Identify and mitigate risks including supply chain disruptions and regulatory changes ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with teams (Logistics Supplier Quality Procurement Engineering) to ensure contract deliverables and timelines are met.
• Support organizational goals by managing supplier relationships assisting with execution data developing cost models and aiding various business units.

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of direct procurement experience preferably in an EPC environment
• Knowledge of Change Order processes and Claims Management for supplier contracts
• Strong negotiation communication presentation skills and analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate supplier offers
• Commitment to improving procurement processes
• Proficiency in English (B2 minimum); additional languages are a plus

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2300 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
