Solution Consultant with Slovak and English

We are currently looking for a Solution Consultant with Slovak and English for our client in Sofia Bulgaria.

Our client:

Our client is a global technology company providing customer service sales and digital solutions to some of the worlds largest brands with operations across multiple markets and thousands of employees worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in Slovak and English via phone email and chat.

• Resolve customer inquiries in line with agreed service levels and established procedures.

• Use CRM ticketing systems and knowledge bases to manage customer requests efficiently.

• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction resolution and call handling.

• Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices.

• Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Native-level Slovak (C2)

• Fluent English (C1)

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to follow established processes and guidelines.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.

• Self-motivated and customer-focused.

What we offer:

Salary: 1535 gross per month
Welcome bonus: 1500 gross paid in two instalments
Work model: On-site
Schedule: MondayFriday 10:0018:00
