We are looking for a Slovak and English-speaking Solutions Consultant to join an international customer support project in Sofia Bulgaria.

In this role you will support customers with product-related questions and non-technical troubleshooting through phone chat and email helping them find appropriate solutions and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Assist customers via phone chat and email.
• Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Support customers with non-technical troubleshooting and product-related questions.
• Identify customer needs and guide them toward appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Follow internal procedures and service quality standards.

• Native Slovak / C1
• Fluent level English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable assisting customers through multiple communication channels.
• Willing to work on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
• Available to work on a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday.
