Site HSE Manager (Project Košice)

• Lead and promote a strong Health Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across the project and contractor teams.
• Develop implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments audits inspections and incident investigations to continuously improve site safety performance.
• Deliver HSE training inductions and awareness programs while supporting emergency response and Permit to Work processes.
• Monitor HSE KPIs prepare reports manage documentation and support supplier HSE qualification and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Degree in HSE Engineering or equivalent qualification (e.g. NEBOSH); additional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of HSE leadership experience on large international construction or commissioning projects.
• Strong knowledge of Slovak and international HSE regulations ISO 14001/45001 standards and auditing practices.
• Fluent Slovak and English with excellent communication training and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership problem-solving and organizational abilities with experience in incident management and multicultural environments.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 2700 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
