Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dedicated nursing professionals to join a specialized cardiovascular hospital in Libya. This is an excellent international relocation opportunity offering the chance to work in a high-acuity clinical environment focused on cardiac care.

- Lead and manage the operating room nursing team in a cardiovascular surgical setting
- Oversee daily OR operations staffing and scheduling
- Ensure adherence to surgical protocols sterile techniques and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with surgeons anesthesiologists and clinical teams for cardiac procedures
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff ensuring continuous professional development
- Monitor quality assurance infection control and compliance with international standards
- Manage inventory surgical equipment and resource allocation
- Participate in performance evaluations and process improvements
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient outcomes in cardiac surgeries
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Masters preferred)
- Valid nursing license
- Minimum 58 years of nursing experience with at least 23 years in a leadership/management role
- Strong experience in cardiac surgery / cardiovascular operating rooms required
- Certifications: BLS ACLS (mandatory) CNOR preferred
- Proven leadership team management and organizational skills
- Experience in handling high-volume surgical environments

Required Skills:
Assess and manage critically ill patients. Develop and implement treatment plans. Perform ICU procedures within scope of practice. Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation and advanced life support. Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care. Lead emergency resuscitation efforts. Participate in ICU quality improvement initiatives.
Required Education:
Medical Degree in Intensive Care Medicine/Critical Car
