Job Summary
Do you enjoy combining software development with business consulting and application ownership We are looking for a Motion Full Stack Developer & Technical Consultant to take ownership of the Tech Library this role you will drive application support development and continuous improvement while acting as the primary expert and advisor for users and stakeholders. Youll work closely with business teams to enhance application capabilities deliver new features and help shape future development opportunities.
Youll be responsible for
Support maintain and continuously improve the Tech Library application.
Develop and implement new features enhancements and bug fixes.
Monitor application performance and resolve operational issues.
Manage application releases testing and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Support application integrations and configuration activities.
Act as the main point of contact and technical expert for Tech Library-related topics.
Provide consulting and guidance on application capabilities best practices and future enhancements.
Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
Contribute to business initiatives and projects involving the Tech Library application.
Qualifications :
Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience in software development application support or technical consulting.
Strong programming skills in Java Spring (backend) and JavaScript (frontend).
Experience with application operations testing release management and troubleshooting.
Ability to gather business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset and proactive problem-solving approach.
Fluent English communication skills.
Additional Information :
Starting salary for:
a fresh graduate is average 2 328 per month var. part of salary
an experienced person 2 869 per month var. part of salary.
