Job Summary
Are you a student looking to gain hands-on experience in international HR and recruitment Were looking for a motivated Student Assistant to join our HR team and support recruitment activities across multiple countries including Slovakia the UK Italy Switzerland Germany Morocco Poland Turkey and more.
This is a great opportunity to develop practical skills in recruitment coordination HR systems and data analysis while studying.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers across multiple countries and time zones
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updating candidate records managing statuses and maintaining data accuracy
- Assist with collecting organising and reviewing recruitment statistics and data for the HR department
- Help prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the HR team
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders regarding interview logistics
- Support global mobility processes and general HR administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelors or Masters level)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools (e.g. Excel)
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across different time zones
- Interest in HR recruitment or international business
- Previous experience with an ATS is a plus but not required well train you!
Additional Information :
Compensation
- Basic wage component (gross): 8 euro per hour
