Job Summary
- Provide administrative and operational support for learning talent and engagement initiatives
- Coordinate training activities including registrations communication and attendance tracking
- Maintain LMS training records catalogues and learning content
- Organize training logistics (venues materials providers) and liaise with stakeholders
- Support reporting budget administration and continuous improvement of L&D processes
Qualifications :
- Experience in administration HR support or training coordination; LMS exposure is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools; able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proactive customer-focused approach with a positive and enthusiastic mindset

Compensation
Basic wage component (gross): 1400 EUR/month
This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level skills experience and qualifications.
