As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative you will provide professional customer support assisting customers with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone email and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries product and service information orders and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly professional and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Follow company procedures service standards and quality guidelines
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

• C1/C2 level German
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication
• Previous experience in customer service customer support technical support helpdesk call center or contact center is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
