Job Summary
Are you a fluent Czech speaker looking to build an international career in Portugal
Our client is currently hiring a Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist. This is a remote position within Portugal with shared accommodation provided in Lisbon for candidates relocating from abroad.
What You Will Do
- Support Czech-speaking customers through the available support channels
- Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist with account service and general product-related inquiries
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused experience
Requirements
- Native or fluent Czech
- Good command of English
- Customer service hospitality retail or other customer-facing experience is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to relocate to Portugal
- Eligible to work in Portugal or the European Union
