Assistant (Temporary position for 1 year)

•  Update and maintain updated supplier database (Vendor list PEPP SUMO)
• Collect and share information within the sourcing manager category manager procurement manager Qualify and Engineering to effectively qualify suppliers based on the qualification process.
• Generate a report from the data identify gaps in the sanity of the information and correct as aligned with various stakeholders. Regularly report vendor information to Management.
• Any other duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications :

• Familiar with sourcing vendor management Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in data management updating and collection
• Comfortable with figures and in collecting analyzing and interpreting data and relevant software
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English. Any additional languages are an asset
