Job Summary

Accessory Launch Lead Engineer (6 Months Nitra) Summary

Lead launch and industrialisation of MY vehicle line-fit accessories at Nitra plant
Ensure SOP readiness while meeting quality cost and timing targets
Coordinate across product engineering manufacturing suppliers and plant teams
Drive manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR) build trials and production ramp-up
Manage supplier readiness PPAP/APQP deliverables and quality compliance
Resolve launch issues using structured problem-solving (8D root cause analysis)
Ensure accessories integrate seamlessly into line-fit processes and assembly operations
Track risks manage issues and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
Support stable production with minimal disruption and strong quality performance

Skills Required

Automotive launch / manufacturing experience (5 years)
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
Knowledge of production systems quality tools and supplier management
Ability to perform in fast-paced high-pressure launch environments
