TDs Debt Capital Markets Desk is hiring a VP for the Debt Capital Markets team in Singapore. This is an opportunity to join a successful team in a Debt Capital Markets client-facing role with high internal visibility at the senior executive level within TD Securities and the TD Bank Group.

About the role:

• Debt capital markets client facing role focused on TDs client set across Asia Pacific focused on FI and frequent issuer DCM

• Work in close collaboration with Global DCM team in identifying funding and capital needs and strategic opportunities across global debt capital markets

• Play an integral role in the deal cycle from beginning to end including taking ownership of DCM relationships client content and pitches and deal execution

• Manage new bond issue transactions including bookbuilding and pricing

• Establish a deep understanding of TDs capabilities across various products and geographies and how they can benefit TDs client base

The successful candidate should:

• Have minimum 5 years experience in Debt Capital Markets.

• Candidates with prior experience in DCM client coverage Funding and Capital management will be highly regarded.

• Experience in USD and AUD Debt capital markets is highly desirable.

• Demonstrate a strong ability to learn quickly strong experience in content creation and capacity to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Have strong interpersonal social and communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

• Be expected to leverage their technical skill set to work on process improvement and streamlining day-to-day activities.
