Technical Solution Architect (WMS)

About the Company

Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider specialising in contract logistics transportation and technology-enabled supply chain services.

Responsibilities

Were looking for a Technical Solution Architect (WMS) to design and deliver scalable technology solutions for warehouse and logistics operations providing architectural guidance across WMS integrations and automation technologies.

• Lead the design and delivery of technology solutions supporting warehouse and logistics operations;
  
• Translate business requirements into scalable and practical technology solutions;
  
• Oversee system architecture integrations and technology implementation across relevant platforms;
  
• Work closely with internal teams customers and technology partners to ensure successful solution delivery;
  
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation testing deployment and ongoing support;
  
• Ensure solutions meet appropriate standards for performance security reliability and scalability;
  
• Support solution assessments customer engagements and technical discussions where required;
  
• Drive continuous improvement standards and documentation as well as best practices;
  
• Support regional and multi-site technology strategies.
  

Requirements

• Tertiary education in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology;
  
• At least 8 years of experience in enterprise solutions architecture or relevant technology roles;
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics operations and the relevant technology solutions;
  
• Experience in delivering large-scale automation solutions for warehouse operations across many sites;
  
• Experience in cloud technologies;
  
• Knowledge of Agile DevOps or modern software delivery practices is advantageous;
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills;
  
• Able to work effectively with business technical and external stakeholders.
