Introduction
Leverage the IP ecosystem to deliver strategic solutions by partnering with end markets business units and procurement teams to develop a Product and IP roadmap that accelerates customer adoption and drives business growth.

Joint Investment Co-development eg : emerging player
Executive engagement
Lead cross-functional alignment and build partner ecosystem to fulfill product / IP roadmap. Rigor in relationship building.
Ecosystem Platforms IP domain expert insights aligning to end market
Ecosystem partner tiering (Strategic Key emerging) by end market
Structured Partner Management (with Procurement)
Single touch point and centralized ownership
Oversee partner development and lifecycle
RFI QBR NDA
Education
Bachelor/masters degree in electrical/electronic Engineering / MBA or related fields with minimum 12 years working experience
Working experience in IC design IP design and other semiconductor disciplines understanding IP ecosystem
Proven leadership in cross-functional and partner/customer-driven programs include escalation to executives with solution driven mindset
Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.
Stakeholder influence at executive level.
Excellent communication and partner management skills.
Rigor in relationship building with an ability to work across a wide range of cross functional teams in a dynamic environment to navigate a path forward
