Job Summary:

The Source Center of Excellence is looking for a seasoned Program Manager with knowledge and experience managing Source to Pay Transformation programs to join the team. The Transformation Program Manager will manage a portfolio of Transformation programs impacting the Sourcing/Procurement organization. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the transformation programs ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives and managing multiple interdependencies across workstreams functions and geographies.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Define program scope roadmap milestones and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

  • Ensure timely delivery within scope budget and quality expectations.

  • Monitor resource requirements for the project and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure resource availability.

  • Work closely with the Finance organization to understand and manage project budgets and spend.

Strategic Alignment

  • Translate executive strategy into actionable program plans.

  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage trade-offs.

  • Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value (cost savings efficiency growth risk reduction).

Stakeholder Management Governance and Reporting

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business teams IT and SI partners.

  • Establish and drive executive-level governance (steering committees status reporting decision forums).

  • Influence and align stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

  • Provide clear concise program updates to executive stakeholders.

Change & Transformation Management

  • Accountability for organizational change management (OCM) efforts and assure that communication training and adoption strategies are in place and executed appropriately.

  • Identify and mitigate change resistance and organizational risks.

  • Ensure sustainable adoption of new processes technologies and ways of working.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Resolve complex issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Maintain program health metrics and escalation frameworks.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management Manufacturing Engineering Operations management Business Administration or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience preferably in supply chain operations or a related field.

  • Experience with digital transformation tools/technologies (e.g. ERP S2P systems like Jaggaer Icertis SAP Ariba etc..)


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Advanced degree.

  • Experience in consulting or large enterprise transformation environments.

  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills.
