Senior Recruiter University & Early Career Recruiting

The WD University (Early Career) Recruitment team is hiring a Senior Recruiter focused on hiring early career talent.

As a Senior University Recruiter you will partner with both hiring managers and our core university partners to support university recruitment experience.

Recruitment

You will be a key partner to help identify and hire university talent as a brand ambassador for Western Digital. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Full life-cycle recruitment for new college graduates and interns across multiple functions including: building the talent pipeline interviews and offers 
• Developing strong university partnerships to proactively build a pipeline of new college grads and interns for existing and future needs of the organization    
• Promoting our Western Digital brand throughout the recruitment cycle
• Communicate fearlessly to build trust; you will bring a strong perspective that inspires and motivates hiring partners and candidates
• Collaborate amongst teammates and cross functional teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals
• Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
• Support recruitment programs which help define and provide a comprehensive university experience
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to define an all-encompassing candidate experience
• Developing presentations and reports

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience - previous experience in university/campus recruiting preferred
• Creative self-motivated self-learner with superior teamwork skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work on the resolution of any issue and to interact with various interdepartmental engineering and support organizations
• Demonstrated project driving skills capable of managing projects with set milestones and timeline
• Ability to execute with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
