We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead the management and operations of a large property portfolio while ensuring high standards of service delivery estate maintenance stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.In this role you will oversee a team of property professionals and contractors drive asset enhancement and improvement initiatives manage budgets and work closely with key stakeholders to maintain a safe sustainable and well-managed environment.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of Property Executive Property Officers and service partners responsible for estate operations and maintenance.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the assigned property portfolio ensuring service standards and operational KPIs are achieved.
- Plan implement and monitor asset enhancement improvement and upgrading programmes.
- Manage budgets procurement activities contracts and expenditure to ensure prudent financial management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders community partners regulatory agencies and residents.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and address escalated feedback service issues and operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and organizational policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency service quality and resident satisfaction.
- Provide leadership coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management Building Services Real Estate Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant property estate or facilities management experience including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience leading teams managing contractors budgets and large-scale maintenance or improvement programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents community partners government agencies and senior management.
- Excellent leadership communication problem-solving and project management capabilities.
