Senior Manager, Project Management

• Lead the planning coordination and delivery of a major hospital infrastructure development project ensuring alignment with operational requirements and project timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants contractors government agencies and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve project issues.
• Review architectural engineering and infrastructure designs to ensure regulatory compliance safety operational efficiency and practical maintainability.
• Oversee project risks design reviews construction progress documentation and stakeholder approvals.
• Develop safety compliance emergency preparedness and operational readiness frameworks to support hospital commissioning and future operations.
• Ensure project processes and documentation comply with organisational policies and relevant regulatory standards.

WhatWe Are Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Architecture Civil & Structural Engineering Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of building codes fire safety workplace safety and health and emergency preparedness.
• Experience in healthcare infrastructure or hospital development is highly preferred.
• Fire safety certification and registration as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer are advantageous.
• Strong project management leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.
