What Makes You the Right Fit

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Chemistry Fragrance Marketing Business or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process discriminate describe (association) and odor memory.
• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Solid understanding of functional and technical capabilities including knowledge of the consumers and different markets.
