Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testingofSalesforceapplications (Service Cloud).
- Design write and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements.
- ApplySalesforceadmin concepts for configuration and testing support.
- Identify document and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
- Collaborate closely with developers and Meta engineers to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Required Skills
- Strong experience inSalesforcefunctional testing.
- Good understanding ofSalesforceadmin concepts (user management security configuration Escalation/de escalation Case management case routing Agent configeration).
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
Secondary Skills
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) testing.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience inSalesforceQA or similar roles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
