Job Summary

  • Drive sales growth in the Japan market by identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers distributors partners and key industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies aligned with the companys commercial objectives and revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting customer engagement proposal development negotiation and deal closure.
  • Expand the companys customer base by identifying target industries accounts and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends customer requirements competitor activities and industry developments to support effective sales planning.
  • Collaborate with internal technical product operations and leadership teams to deliver solutions that address customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports account plans and other commercial updates for management review.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings trade shows industry events conferences and networking activities across Japan.
  • Support customer satisfaction and long-term account development by coordinating follow-up activities and identifying opportunities for additional business.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Min 5 years of experience in sales business development account management in maritime
  • Strong knowledge of the Japanese market with demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships manage sales pipelines and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication presentation negotiation and stakeholder management skills with professional proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Self-motivated and commercially driven with strong analytical organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a growing international company.
