As a Senior Advisor in Recruitment Support based in Singapore youll help deliver consistent high-quality recruitment operations while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring teams across the business.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment activities across hiring phases ensuring accurate tracking reporting and process quality.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Conduct detailed CV reviews assess applicant fit and maintain candidate communications.
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up activities while creating an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Lead improvements support onboarding activities and contribute expertise through projects ServiceNow support and talent initiatives.

This is a 12-month temporary role with strong potential to become a permanent opportunity within the LEGO Group.

Please note that temporary employees are not eligible for the PMP bonus. However they are eligible for a completion bonus upon successful completion of their contract.

The role is based in Singapore and no relocation support is offered for this role.

The Recruitment Support team sits within Business Service Operations a shared service organization supporting the LEGO Group through specialist HR and Finance services delivered from multiple global locations.

Together with colleagues across regions youll help build rebuild and inspire recruitment processes that create quality experiences for candidates recruiters and hiring managers while supporting continued growth through reliable and timely service delivery.

Do you have what it takes

  • Experience in recruitment support or talent acquisition operations from FMCG managing recruitment activities across the hiring lifecycle and delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with accuracy and care.
  • Confident collaborating across international teams and working with colleagues in different locations.
  • Advanced English communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office particularly Outlook.

What would be an advantage:

  • Experience with Workday SAP or other recruitment and HR systems.
  • Participation in projects process improvements or shared services environments.
