Job Summary:
The Recruitment Specialist II is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for various positions across the organization ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role focuses on identifying attracting and hiring top talent to meet Jabils evolving business needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance for assigned roles.
- Source active and passive candidates through various channels including online databases professional networks social media and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews assess candidate qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs develop effective recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Negotiate offers of employment ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company policies.
- Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data track recruitment metrics and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and employment legislation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Provide a high level of customer service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Any adhoc projects or tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in full life-cycle recruiting preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and relevant employment laws.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Workday.
- Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
