Recruitment Business Development Executive
Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support agency recruitment initiatives and partner closely with agency leaders to drive talent acquisition outcomes. You will play an important role in enabling recruitment activities supporting onboarding processes coordinating recruitment campaigns and providing recruitment-related operational support. Through exposure to field leaders branch activities and recruitment projects you will gain valuable experience in agency recruitment stakeholder management and recruitment analytics. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in recruitment business development within the insurance and financial services industry
Responsibilities:
Partner with agency leaders to support recruitment activities onboarding processes and recruitment campaigns.
Provide guidance on recruitment incentives allowances reimbursement processes and recruitment programs.
Support recruitment administration candidate onboarding and issue resolution.
Prepare recruitment reports and monitor recruitment KPIs.
Coordinate recruitment events branch activities leader briefings and agency engagement initiatives.
Support implementation of recruitment process improvements and system enhancements.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment initiatives.
Provide on-site support during key recruitment campaigns and agency events.
1-2 years of experience in recruitment business development agency recruitment talent acquisition sales support or insurance distribution.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools.
Preferred
Experience in insurance financial services or agency distribution environment.
Experience supporting recruitment campaigns events or onboarding activities.
Familiarity with recruitment systems CRM platforms or applicant tracking systems.
