Receptionist cum Admin

• Answer phone calls take messages screen and route inquiries and reply to emails
• Schedule meetings and set up appointments or video calls
• Provide excellent guest hospitality by welcoming clients and preparing/servicing beverages during visits and meetings
• Accept and sort mail and handling incoming or outgoing shipments
• Monitor stock levels place PO and handling maintenance requests
• Help organize company meetings or events
• Process expense claims attendance record assist with data entry arrange orientation and briefing
• Conduct routine daily inspections of all office areas meeting rooms pantries common spaces laboratory facilities to ensure strict housekeeping cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
• Manage all incoming packages inclusive of laboratory supplies verifying contents against delivery orders and ensuring everything is distributed or stored correctly
• Keeping the storage and receiving areas neat organized and systematically tracked
• Ad-hoc administrative task assigned by superior

Qualifications :

• Strong command of office software like word excel power point
• High attention to detail for managing multi-tasking and confidential records
