Project Manager – Semiconductor Advanced Manufacturing

• Package Delivery: Manage assigned semiconductor project packages including cleanrooms process tool installation areas utility systems and facility infrastructure works. Ensure delivery meets project specifications quality safety and schedule requirements.
• RFI & Submittal Management: Review and coordinate RFIs technical queries shop drawings and material submittals with consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Site Coordination: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress identify construction conflicts and verify compliance with approved drawings and standards.
• Meeting Facilitation: Lead project coordination meetings progress reviews and look-ahead planning sessions. Track actions and drive timely issue resolution.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly project reports covering construction progress project milestones risks KPIs and mitigation plans.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with regulatory requirements project specifications safety standards and semiconductor facility requirements.
• Commissioning Support: Coordinate testing commissioning punch list closure and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications :

• Experience: 5 to 8 years of project engineering or construction management experience in semiconductor high-tech manufacturing pharmaceutical or industrial facilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cleanrooms process utilities mechanical and electrical systems equipment installation and facility infrastructure.
• Project Delivery Expertise: Knowledge of construction sequencing contractor management commissioning and project controls.
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with Procore Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Smartsheet Primavera P6 or equivalent project management platforms.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management Building Services or related discipline.
• Professional Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
