About the Role:

• Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance troubleshooting and ad hoc repair/replacement works for ACMV services.

• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works including subcontractors suppliers and multiple trades ensuring compliance with project schedules specifications and safety requirements.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders including engineers consultants architects clients subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage project documentation and T&C including reports method statements shop drawings material submissions T&C records as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective project completion including preparing quotations/POs resolving technical issues promptly and carrying out other duties assigned by management.

About You:

• Minimum 10 years experience in air-conditioning installation or relevant ACMV projects.

• Diploma/Degree in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

• Able to handle schematics as-built drawings O&M and T&C documentation; proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of MS Project/PMOK is an advantage.

• Good communication coordination and teamwork skills with strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
