Job Summary
A leading integrated environmental services provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive and driven Procurement Manager / Executive to support operational excellence and drive transformation through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing negotiation and supplier selection
Identify evaluate and source advanced equipment automation solutions and smart technologies to enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour
Support initiatives to address challenges of an ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors including equipment suppliers and technology providers
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment
Drive cost optimisation while balancing quality sustainability and innovation
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Prepare reports on purchasing trends cost savings and supplier performance
Support tender submissions and contract management
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Procurement Supply Chain Engineering Business Administration or related field
Minimum 25 years of relevant procurement experience (Manager role requires more experience)
Exposure to equipment sourcing automation or technology procurement is highly advantageous
Experience in environmental services facilities management or related industries is a plus
Strong negotiation vendor management and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Familiarity with procurement systems/ERP is an added advantage
