Transform the Future of HR through AI

We are seeking a highly motivated HR AI & Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption automation and process innovation for Global Human Resources function. 

This role will serve as the HR functions AI champion identifying opportunities to simplify work improve employee experience and increase productivity through Generative AI automation analytics and modern HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR AI & Digital Transformation roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across HR processes.
• Redesign and automate HR workflows approvals employee services and operational processes.
• Drive AI adoption change management and capability-building across HR teams.
• Lead AI pilots proofs of concept (PoCs) and scaling of successful solutions.
• Partner with HR IT and business leaders to improve productivity and employee experience.
• Establish AI governance best practices and workforce upskilling programs.
• Measure business impact through analytics productivity metrics and ROI tracking.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

Either of the following backgrounds:

• HR Transformation HR Technology HR Operations Excellence or Management Consulting; or
• IT Data Analytics AI Digital Transformation or Technology Consulting with HR Related project experience. 

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on use of Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude or similar AI tools.
• HR process redesign automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Workday SuccessFactors ATS or other HR technology platforms.
• People Analytics Power BI Tableau SQL or Python.
• Change management and stakeholder engagement.
