Manager, Product Development

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of new products and enhancements from concept to launch including business cases product specifications stakeholder alignment and preparation of point of sales documents.

• Support the development and execution of product roadmap for assigned product portfolios by identifying market opportunities customer needs industry trend and translating insights into actionable product initiatives and value propositions.

• Collaborate and drive conversations with cross functional stakeholders (eg: Distribution Actuarial Operations Technology Legal Compliance) to drive product initiatives influence alignment and resolve issues timely.

• Partner with distribution teams to develop and execute sales campaigns that drive product adoption customer value and business growth.

• Ensure effective execution of product initiatives through strong governance risk oversight and disciplined project delivery.

• Support of other product initiatives and projects as required from time to time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing Economics Actuarial Science or a related discipline.

• 7 years of progressive experience in life insurance product development product strategy pricing or other related roles.

• Experience developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple business functions.

• Strong understanding of insurance product design customer value propositions market dynamics competitive positioning and insurance process.

• Good analytical commercial problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset committed to fostering knowledge sharing and a high-performing team culture.

• Good communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
