Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Support strategy development both organic and inorganic investments which includes carrying out market research and assessment competitor analysis and identifying new growth/pipeline opportunities
- Support deal origination evaluation financial modelling due diligence (project management documentation structuring and negotiation) and execution for required projects whether greenfield developments or mergers and acquisitions
- Help carry out assessment of deal issues including strategic rationale valuation risks assessment and mitigants and impact to Singtel as well as coordination with external advisors (e.g. legal tax technical etc) internal corporate functions and business reps in analysing evaluating and addressing deal issues
- Support management of overall deal process including internal approval processes and executive meetings/discussions e.g. setting up of meetings preparation of materials agenda/logistics planning
- Contribute to identification of key industry trends and support various strategy related work pertaining to DC sustainability innovation and industry bench-marking.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to assess market trends and competitor strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Keen interest in corporate strategy investments and mergers & acquisitions.
