Within our Fragrance Manufacturing (Scent) operations we combine creativity science and digitalization to support highquality production while continuously improving operational efficiency through technology and data.

What You Will Do

Under the guidance of your supervisor and team you will:

• Assist in building and maintaining digital applications reports and workflows using:
  • Microsoft PowerApps
  • Power Automate
  • Power BI
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of company digital platforms by:
  • Executing test scenarios
  • Documenting issues observations and improvement opportunities
• Help monitor system performance after golive and report potential issues
• Provide basic user support by collecting feedback and improvement suggestions
• Assist in preparing operational reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
• Support data analysis activities using Excel Power BI and other analytical tools
• Help document processes user guides and system or workflow updates
• Participate in small improvement or digitalization projects related to operations
• Support production and encapsulation activities mainly through data system or coordination support
• Complete assigned tasks with increasing independence while receiving regular guidance and feedback

What We Are Looking for

• Current university student or recent graduate in:
• Data Analytics / Business Analytics
• Engineering (Chemical Industrial Mechanical Computer or related fields)

Technical Background

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of: Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excel Macros (VBA is an advantage)
• Basic understanding or coursework exposure to: SQL Python or other programming languages
• Academic or handson exposure to: Microsoft PowerApps Power Automate Power BI
• Interest in digital systems automation data analytics and manufacturing operations
