Job Summary

How you will make an impact:
Accountable owner of in-house developing new software and reviewing existing software where applicable
Ability to identify and develop the system architecture rqeuired for an advanced AI platform
Provide technical guidance on software coding and development
Assist in gathering validation data and deploying automation and process technology related projects
Work in cross functional teams to reduce or eliminate risks issues concern
Ability to adapt and learn new skills
Any other assignments pertaining to process and product engineering
Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership
What youll need (Required):
Bachelor of Mechatronics Engineering Design Specialisation or equivalent with 4 years of Relevant Experience
Advanced computer skills required proficient and applicable knowledge in Python Power BI and other programmable languages
Knowledge in C-Sharp (C#) programming language will be an advantage
Experience on robotics foundation models Vision Language Models (VLM) Vision Language Action (VLA) models and LLMs for real-life industrial applications will be a plus
Sensitive to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 requirements with prior experience leading projects in that capacity ie. robotic programming AI assisted programming etc
Automated equipment troubleshooting knowledge and deep understanding

Ability to read comprehend write and speak English and good communication skills required
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices supporting a medical device environment

Ability to provide feedback in a professional direct and tactful manner
Must be able to work in a team environment and with minimum supervision
Strong analytical and meticulous
Ability to apply AI in MS office work
Good computer skills in usage of MS Office Suite including MS Project; CAD experience preferred (if applicable)
Good documentation communication (e.g. written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
Basic understanding of statistical techniques
Previous experience working with lab/industrial equipment required (if applicable)
Solid understanding and knowledge of principles theories and concepts relevant to Engineering
Solid problem-solving organizational analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid understanding of processes and equipment used in assigned work
Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations for medical device industry
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment including the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g. pandemic protocols Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
