Job Description

This roleis responsible forproviding top quality customer service acting as a one-stop service across our entire product/service range.

About the Role:

• Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providingaccurateand consistent information.

• Ability to communicate clearly and manage customers feedback.

• Organized and able to multi-task in fast paced environment.

• Maintain good service delivery.

• Perform administrative tasks assigned.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

About the Work Week:

• 5dayswork week includes weekend

• Up to44 hoursper week

• 8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance)

About You:

• PreferablyO levelsand above

• Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage

• Ability tooperatein a fast-paced environment
