About the Role:

• Prepare cost estimates budgets and tender submissions based on project requirements

• Monitor project costs track variances and provide financial reports and forecasts

• Support procurement and contract administration including quotations claims and variations

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure cost-effective solutions and project progress

• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to maintain competitive and accurate pricing

About You:

• 25 years of experience in Cost Engineering Quantity Surveying or M&E / Building Services.

• Strong knowledge of building M&E systems (lighting electrical panels gensets fire protection ACMV).

• Proficient in cost estimation budgeting and contract administration.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
