Role Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end calibration program for all Singapore sites ensuring compliance with corporate calibration procedures and quality system requirements.
  • Maintain the Inspection Measurement and Test Equipment (IMTE) inventory database including equipment status location calibration schedules calibration records and traceability documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule calibration activities with internal stakeholders and external calibration vendors to ensure equipment is calibrated before due dates.
  • Manage calibration service providers including vendor qualification performance monitoring funding requirements and compliance with ISO 17025 and applicable standards.
  • Review and maintain calibration certificates and records to ensure compliance with corporate customer regulatory and audit requirements.
  • Ensure all calibrated equipment is properly identified labeled tracked and protected from unintended use when overdue damaged obsolete or with unknown calibration status.
  • Lead investigations and impact assessments for out-of-tolerance calibration events coordinate corrective actions and communicate findings to affected stakeholders.
  • Support internal customer and external audits by providing calibration records traceability evidence program metrics and process documentation.
  • Establish and monitor calibration performance metrics drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize calibration processes across Singapore operations.
  • Develop and maintain calibration procedures work instructions forms and documentation in accordance with corporate requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to equipment owners engineers technicians and tool focal personnel regarding calibration requirements and best practices.
  • Support new equipment introduction equipment transfers asset changes and equipment retirement activities within the calibration management system.
  • Drive digitalization and automation initiatives to improve calibration tracking reporting compliance monitoring and operational efficiency across the Singapore sites.
