This is a 12 months fixed-term contract role.

What will you do

1. Determine and document current business processes to identify and understand the users needs.

2. Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisations problems.

3. Analyze plan and implement operational process improvements to improve the organisations information systems and product quality.

4. Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities.

5. Translate the organisations business objectives into functional requirements and solution design.

6. Work closely with the organisations key stakeholders to provide desired reengineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to the organisations objectives.

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Management or related field preferred.

2. Experience with business processing models Process Design Requirements Management and Project Management.

3. Experience with business re-engineering methods and techniques and the technology industry.

4. Experience in applying Agile techniques to iteratively prioritize and define requirements.

5. Strong written and oral communication skills.

6. Formal LEAN and Six Sigma training is a plus.
